Located up the hill on Main Street in Stone Lake, Wisconsin, Dewars Black Bear Pub & Grille offers you a convenient place to meet on your way to Hayward, Wisconsin...from anywhere.  

The Black Bear Pub & Grille offers a rustic Northwoods atmosphere, great food and personal attention.  We love when our comfy log bar stools are full of people.  The pub seats 30 people...or more then 50 when the Packers make it to the Superbowl (or when they don't)...and our dining room can accommodate groups of up to 65.

We pride ourselves on the best pub food and beverages, and we will do what it takes to provide a high-quality experience.  The first thing Keith did when we moved in was tear out the old tapper system and replace them with a shiny new system (and he's pretty neurotic about keeping them clean).  So when you order a Guinness, Leinie's or Spotted Cow on tap, it's never skunky bar swill.   It's exactly how the brewer meant it to be.   

Food.  Did I mention the food?  We take our food seriously.  Our Half-Pound Burgers are hand-pattied-- by us, and we only use the best toppings-- thick cut bacon, fresh veggies and real (not processed) cheddar and swiss cheese. If you are into soup you have come to the right place, from the Chicken Dumpling to the New England style Clam Chowder on Friday night, it is all homemade, right here in Stone Lake.

We have an awesome staff.  They make this place a special experience.  Hiring good people that work well as a team and take pride in their work is our number one priority.

Great food, great staff and great customers.  Could it get any better than this?
